About the event

The 2025 NSW Pool Lifesaving Championships will be co-hosted by Royal Life Saving NSW and Surf Life Saving NSW, uniting athletes from across the state for a weekend of racing and skill-based events. Held at the Murray Rose Aquatic & Fitness Centre on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 June, warm-up will begin at 8:00am each day.

The Championships are open to all members of affiliated clubs and will be run under the NSW Pool Lifesaving Competition Manual, with rules based on the ILS Competition Rule Book (2019, revised 2022) and NSW-specific modifications. This is an ILS Sanctioned Event.
